• Law firm experience: internship at the firm of Mamadou Gueye, admitted to the Senegal Bar (June 1988-November 1989) and worked as an associate with Lamine Sidime, a lawyer admitted to the Conakry Bar (December 1989-April 1990)
• Experience in in-house corporate legal departments: internship in the dispute resolution department at Société Générale de Banques in Senegal (September 1987 – March 1988) and Legal Counsel at the Société Guinéenne de Distribution – Super V (April 1990 – January 1993)

Professional activities:

• Professional memberships: consultant and member of the of the Guinean Association for Business Transparency (Association Guinéenne de Transparence) and of the association, “Publish what you pay Guinea” (Publiez ce Que Vous Payez Guinée)
• Bar activities: Current Deputy Secretary-General of the Guinean Bar; Former President of the Guinean Bar and former head of professional training of the Guinean Bar
• Consultant to the World Bank on behalf of Guinea on topics related to “Doing Business”
• Teaching: Teaches ADR (arbitration, mediation and conciliation) in various training sessions in the United States (University of Nevada (Reno), The National Judicial College, University of Williamsburg of Virginia State, The National Center For State Courts)
