• Telecommunications: Cancellation proceedings for abuse of power in respect of the decree approving the contract for the award of the Third Global Telephony License in Mali; proceedings before the Administrative branch of the Mali Supreme Court
• Energy: Assistance before the Water and Electricity Regulatory Committee (CREE) to contest estimated consumption by the Société Energie du Mali (EDM), in a dispute related to the management and supply of public electricity against other suppliers benefitting from electrification agreements
• Public administration: Assistance before legal and administrative courts in connection with property litigation related to expropriation or contesting property rights, as well as disputes related to the occupation of governmental sites, zoning and construction
• PPP: Establishing public-private-partnership (PPP) agreements
